What is the PVC Coated Yarn?

PVC coated yarn is made of a blend of PVC and polyester yarn with a blended ratio of 7:3, i.e., 70% PVC (plastic) and 30% high-toughness polyester yarn.

The core is made of high-toughness polyester industrial yarn, and the skin is made of PVC material, which has anti-aging and UV radiation resistance.

The polyester filament is stretched and coated, and then cooled by wire drawing to form a composite line with a smooth surface, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool.

The warp yarns are woven into the weaving shaft by means of an intelligent warping mechanism, without sizing, directly forming a web on a winding rapier loom and then processed into the final product.
